Llangernyw Communtiy Council had arranged an open evening to discuss the re launch of the Gardening Club this Thurs but it has been postponed until Nov 7th at Bro Cernyw Center at 7.30pm when Allan Evans will be the guest speaker who will talk about gardening and potting Spring bulbs.

The website mentions schools and young people specifically however groups in the past have received the grant for things such as creating a community garden, hiring rooms, cooking groups, staff training and buying equipment.
Up to £10,000 available for community led local development.

The Urdd’s Fund for All gives all children in Wales an opportunity to enjoy a summer holiday, whatever their background or financial circumstance.
Parents, guardians or teachers can make an application to pay for a summer holiday at one of the Urdd’s residential centres for a child or a young person from a low-income household. The fund will cover the full price of the course.

At St. Digain's church, Llangernyw
Come for a chat and a 'panad' - everyone welcome
Tuesday morning, March 21st 10 came together to the warm Hub in St Digain Church from 10am -12.00pm We meet every Tuesday morning to have a cuppa and a chat and put the world in its place. Gwenda Cooper had prepared a delicious leek soup for us with fresh bread. Thanks to the County Councillor, Mr Austin Roberts for coming too, everyone is glad to see him to discuss issues in the area and it's nice to see him face to face. Thanks to Gwenda for organizing this every morning
Everyone in the three villages has been busy planting summer flowers in the Community Council tubs and those of Conwy. Thank you all for helping once again. It makes all the villages welcoming.

Menter Bro Cernyw has takenover the toilets from Conwy CBC. Apart from the many visitors who come to see the various sites in the village, many walking groups appreciate that the toilets are open and clean.
This is a website set up by the Llangernyw Community Council on behalf of the whole community. We hope that the website will become a focal point for information about the area around Llangernyw, Gwytherin and Pandy Tudur.
