Hen Luniau

Dros y blynyddoedd, mae Cymdeithas Hanes Bro Cernyw wedi gofyn i bobl ddod a hen luniau o bobl a lleoliadau'r ardal, a dogfennau hanesyddol i gael eu casglu a'u cofnodi.

Bellach mae rhai cannoedd o luniau yn y casgliad, ac ydym wedi penderfynu bod hi'n amser iddynt gael eu cyhoeddi ar y we.

Dyma felly canlyniad ein hymdrechion. Mae'r lluniau wedi eu trefnu mewn ambell oriel, heb drefn arbennig. Allwch bori trwy'r orielau, neu os ydych yn chwilio am rywbeth penodol, defnyddiwch y cyfleuster chwilio i gyfyngu'r dewisiad i luniau sy'n ymwneud a rhyw berson neu le.

Mae'r gymdeithas yn gobeithio parhau a'r gwaith casglu lluniau a gwybodaeth am yr ardal, ond nid ydym yn siŵr ar ba ffurf y bydd hyn - cadwch olwg yma!

Old Photographs

Over the years, Cymdeithas Hanes Bro Cornyw (Bro Cernyw History Society) has asked people to bring old photos of people and locations in the area, and historical documents to be collected and recorded.

There are now several hundred pictures in the collection, and we have decided that it is time for them to be published on the web.

This is therefore the result of our efforts. The pictures are arranged in a number of galleries, in no particular order. You can browse through the galleries, or if you are looking for something specific, use the search facility to narrow the selection to photos relating to a certain person or place.

The society hopes to continue the work of collecting pictures and information about the area, but we are not sure what form this will take - watch this space!
